The circular shaped organosilicon coated filter bag cage is manufactured on the most advanced and longest organosilicon spray coating production line here at Aobo, utilizing advanced, imported equipment. Cold drawn wires (Cold wire drawing) with a high strength and stiffness are used as cage materials and the entire bag cage framework is welded and shaped using a high frequency welding machine. The filter bag cage framework is treated with organosilicon spray coating after oil removal, acid cleaning and phosphorization. Acid resistance, alkali resistance, humidity resistance and high temperature resistance are all significantly enhanced. Blind corner problems are adequately addressed during the process of organosilicon spray coating and the effective protection layer covers 100% of the surface.
