After years of unremitting R&D investment, Optowide has successfully overcome technical challenges related to aspheric technology and developed a domestically leading precision molded glass aspheric lens technology. This technology covers multiple fields including tungsten carbide alloy mold manufacturing, aspherical lens array fabrication, and aspheric lens+cap production, achieving independent R&D spanning mold design & manufacturing, glass molding, precision testing, and finished product coating.
The accuracy of mold processing equipment reaches 2nm, the surface accuracy (RMS) of tungsten steel molds can reach 10nm, and the surface accuracy (RMS) of molded products can reach 20nm.
Unlike spherical lenses with constant curvature, their curvature varies continuously from center to edge along the principal axis, enabling efficient correction of spherical/chromatic aberrations and improving spot quality.
Adjusting conic constants and aspheric coefficients optimizes performance and minimizes aberrations. They can be integrally molded with metal brackets for airtightness, widely used in barcode scanning, laser collimation, optical imaging, etc.
