Overview
The cardboard frame of air filter has excellent waterproof performance, which can adapt to working conditions of high humidity. So it can be widely used in pre-filters of various air purification systems.
Cardboard frame generally falls into ordinary cardboard and high strength hardboard. Ordinary cardboard frame is generally used in manufacturing non-standard filter with high strength and difficult deformation. High-strength molded hardboard is usually used for manufacturing standard filters, featuring high accuracy and aesthetic.
At the same time, we use non-woven fiber as materials of cardboard framed panel filter's filter element. Pleats increase air contact area so as to improve the efficiency of filtration. And wire mesh is lined on one side, making the filter more strong and durable.
