The PTFE dust collector filter bag uses AOBO-PTFE series filter media including needle punching felt filter media and coated filter media, which are woven using chemical corrosion resistant PTFE fibers through special techniques. The PTFE filter bag is primarily used for the treatment of smoke emitted from incineration of hazardous and household waste that is both extremely hot and corrosive.
Features
The PTFE filter media is chemical corrosion resistant, which means neither strong acid nor strong alkalis will influence the filtration performance. The filter bag can work continuously under a high temperature of 260℃ and the dust concentration in the discharged gas that is low enough using PTFE filter media is even lower than 10mg/m3 when coated filter media is employed. The PTFE filter media is a great choice for smoke treatment in waste incineration power plants and hazardous waste incineration firms.
